FileTally grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, according to the purchase or trial. A paid license has no device or seat limit and does not expire.
FileTally helps count pages and export indexes. You remain responsible for reviewing whether estimated, blank, fallback, or error rows require manual handling before relying on the output.
FileTally is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileTally disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, consequential, and similar damages. The agreement also caps direct liability to the amount paid for the applicable license in the prior twelve months.
